# Depositing Assets in the Red Bank

### Step 1: Connect your Wallet

### Step 2: Buy or Deposit Assets

Now go to "RED BANK" tab and click on "Deposit" or "Buy" option under the "MY DEPOSITS" section. The "Buy" option will take you to Astroport. Once you have the asset in your wallet, click on "Deposit" option.

### Step 3: Confirm Deposit Amount

You will be directed to a new page where you will have to insert the amount of tokens you want to deposit in the protocol. Do that by inserting the amount manually, or by using the scroll bar. Then click on "Deposit" and confirm the transaction on the Terra extension wallet.

### Step 4: Deposit Confirmed!

Congratulations, your deposit is confirmed. Click on "Close" now to go back to "RED BANK" page and borrow assets from there.
